So, must we assume that they have closed the agreement (31 Aug 2020) and/or will GEN be obliged to publish the main terms upon signing it?

My guess is that , because indeed they have to publish upon closing, it hasn't been fully finalised yet? it seems 31aug was the date the term sheet had to be ready

Har været på Vincent van Gogh museumet i Amsterdam og efter dette besøg er det gået meget godt med stregerne 5000 er mulig i Q1 2022 såfremt kursen holder sig inde i kanalen, meeen Genmab er nok opkøbt inden med 50% premium

Hvordan lyder raslen på vandrørene i forhold til takeover efterhånden? Udover herinde i chatten er der godt nok langt imellem, at jeg hører
nogen gisne om det

EL and kkjoel - Do not think now it should be read as if Genmab is on its way out. It addresses the risks associated with investing in ADCT. The probability is probably primarily that the parties reach an agreement regarding license and the financial. If they do not agree, a divestment process can start. I wonder if it is most likely that they will agree on license terms. BTW If not - Genmab also has the option to take over.
