Overskriften i Life Science var "GENMAB: BLOCKBUSTER-MEDICIN PÅ SAMLEBÅND" og fra indledningen "..begynder vi nu at se nogle af de resultater vi lagde op til. Det styrker investorernes tro på, at Genmab kan levere blockbustere på samlebånd..". Vedr. kursmålet "Vi hæver derfor igen vores anbefaling til KØB fra neutral og sætter samtidig et nyt 12 måneders kursmål på 2.800 DKK." -

MET inhibition + double EGFR inhibition is a win.
Amivantamab (bispecific EGFR/MET Ab)+ Lazertinib (3rd gen TKI) rescue osimertinib resistant pts with EGFRmut NSCLC: ORR 36%.
Will be compared to osi 1st line in a Phase III trial.
