Roche hat frühe Daten zu seinem potenziellen Krebsmittel Glofitamab am Fachkongress EMA (European Hematology Association) vorgestellt. In einem sehr frühen Stadium der klinischen Analyse hätten Patienten mit einer bestimmten Form von Lymph-Krebs dauerhaft und vollständig auf den Kandidaten reagiert, teilte Roche am Freitag mit.
Die behandelten Patienten litten konkret an rezidiviertem oder refraktärem Non-Hodgkin-Lymphom (NHL), einer bösartigen Form von Krebs, die das lymphatische System befällt -
Patienten, die an dieser Phase-I-Studie teilgenommen haben, hatten zuvor bereits im Schnitt drei andere Therapien erhalten.
Beim Kandidaten Glofitamab, der zuvor als CD20-TCB bekannt war, handelt es sich laut Mitteilung um einen bispezifischen, an T-Zellen andockenden CD20xCD3-Antikörper. -
