approved isatuximab (Sarclisa) for relapsed refractory myeloma.Im happy that @SanofiUS
has priced it significantly lower than daratumumab. I hope there is a price war, & prices drop more. Based on cost, I’ll prefer Isa-PomDex to Dara-PomDex. @mtmdphd -

I was an author on the isatuximab pivotal trial. Im working with both @sanofi
and @JanssenUS
on other trials.Look forward to thoughts on how we support the appropriate choice of drug taking cost into account from @Rfonsi1

Det største problem med Sanofi er, at pt sælger Genmab mest med Daratumumab i kombination med POM-DEX, så det er lidt samme patientgrundlag. Tilsyneladende er denne kombi ogås meget brugt i anden linie, så spørgsmålet er om Sanofi også kan vinde indpas der med en lavere prissætning. Lad os håbe at sc dosering er en game changer som Jan siger - omvendt kan Sanofi indpas gøre det svært for JNJ at hæve prisen pt.
