@peter12: Det kan minde om car-t, idet man udtager T-celler fra pt, mangfoldiggør dem, og genindsætter. Fedt GB, det var da lige MAIA-resultater fra nejm, der var linket til (har ikke set andet link til dem), med estimeret 30 måneders PFS for Dara-combi på 70,6% vs. 55,6% i control group og som set tidligere en væsetlig dybere respons med 47,6% CR or better i dara-combi vs. 24,9% i control group. direkte link https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMoa1817249

@Tandfeen-2 Cassiopeia would indeed be the 1st frontline transplant eligable combi, admittedly mostly a european regimen though i think. Next will be Griffin , Dara + VRd, we should get 1st data soon, but i think that is a year behind Cassiopeia
