@Tandfeen-2 Cassiopeia would indeed be the 1st frontline transplant eligable combi, admittedly mostly a european regimen though i think. Next will be Griffin , Dara + VRd, we should get 1st data soon, but i think that is a year behind Cassiopeia

Revlimid (as I read it) . Also Dr Carlson from ICER says : However, using a cost-effectiveness threshold of $150,000 per quality-adjusted life-year, ICER found that “only the addition of daratumumab or panobinostat may be considered cost-effective options.”

Medicinpriserne i specielt US er også helt forrykte. Forstår ikke hvorfor amerkikanene ikke kan indføre systemer ala her i europa. Det vilole reducere priserne med hmm hvad plus 30%. Og så det her med årlige prisstigninger på plus 5%. Typisk bliver medicinalindustrien mere og mere effektive til at producere hvilket kunne betyde en reduktion i prisen hvert år.....Så alene inflations stigning vil være nok
