I think Jan have been asked these kind of questions before - and his answer was that ADC is not the way forward and when you something that works that well as dara does its better to go after other targets........and thats what Janssen does. So I dont think its relevant

well, yes, that would be an interesting development; are you thinking a HexaDara to increase patent life and some extra Hexa licencing money? I like it

Well, the question was about bispecifics. Genmab has out-licensed Daratumumab, not CD38. So I would guess that Genmab is free to pursue CD38 as any other company is.

But I thin the main problem is that Dara is so good that its hard to compete.........and when you get to the market you will maybe soon face dara without patent protection

true. I was just thinking how it could completely change the relationship with JNJ if Genmab could develop an improved duo or hexa. but i guess it is more a hypothetical question

Im sure they cant use dara for that - and dara was a quite unique antibody found among 70 or 90 antibodies they maked against CD38. So the problem would also be that they probably should use an less optimal antibody and then you behind from the beginning.

They already have the bcma x cd3 duo in MM going with Janssen. So they'll probably stick to that. Is a hex cd38 possible?

In the early days Genmab presented CD38 hexaboosted - but the was not dara if I remember correctly - and dara already has good CDC

Umiddelbart har Sanofi et samarbejde med Elektrofi - kan dog ikke rigtig finde noget om samarbejdet, men måske det kunne være for at få isatuximab som sc dosering

Salgstal kommer onsdag, men ikke sikkert vi får dem. da der er j&j regnskab inden, og da vi flere gange lige efter regnskab ikke har fået salgstal.
