Ifølge det største studie er 1. infusionstid i gennemsnit 6,5 timer, men alle efterfølgende kun cirka halvdelen. Og det studie var baseret på indsigten fra forsøg, hvor " In clinical trials, median durations for the 1st, 2nd and subsequent infusions were 7.0, 4.3 and 3.5 hours, respectively." Det er lidt svært at forstå det stoleargument, når problemet med meget lang varighed kun optræder ved første behandling (og ikke for alle).
