(CD19+CD24+CD38hi) cells and restores the antitumor
T-cell repertoire in chronic lymphocytic
leukemia (CLL). -
Conclusions
Anti-CD38 immunotherapy is lethal to
immunosuppressive CD38hi Breg/Treg cells and may
improve anti-tumor T-cells function via modulating
CLL immune-microenvironment. The results of these
analyses have led to the approval of a phase-II
clinical study that will be testing Dara in
relapsed/refractory CLL patients. -
