Not surpricing lower they linalidomide in the maintenance settings from 15 mg to 10 mg. Long term treatment with linalidomide is trublesome.

Most important is that they skip the transplant. Another sign that ASCT is loosing importance because of the novel highly effective therapies. And they now measure sCR during treatment but keep MRD-testing after treatment.
