@ EL; In a news flash yesterday it was mentioned that focus on ASH will also be on data relating to BCMA (targeting MM). Data will be presented for BludBird Bio's CAR-T therapy bb2121 developed in collaboration with Celgene, as well as GSK ADC. In headline is stated: Intriguing BCMA-related competitor data.

@ EL; in todays news flash it is stated that SAnofi turns increasingly bullish on CD38+ checkpoint inhibitors in solid cancers. However, all activities on ClinicalTrials currently include DARA and not Sanofi's Isatuximab. Sanofi's comments is in line with comments from JnJ indicating that they are getting increasingly optimistic on the potential for CD38 is solid cancers.

Dette har sikkert været nævnt, men kan vel tåle en gentagelse, hvis det er tilfældet : Pollux nu forbedret til 51% CR eller bedre (!) og 79 % VGPR. ...patients continue to observe clinical benefit from prior daratumumab treatment. Importantly, the favorable safety profile was maintained with longer follow-up.

Det vil være det helt rigtige modsvar til disse ugers udsalg. Spørgsmålet er om det vil svare til virkelighedens verden. Der spiller Japan vel en forholdsvis stor rolle?

PR og muligheden for at søge på interimdata - så bliver det vist ikke meget mere høj-prioriteret fra FDAs side, når vi taler 1.line

Jeg tænker på at får vi Japan salget i gang i f.eks. 1. halvdel af december, så vil det da bidrage positivt til en eventuel blød opjustering. Det vil godt nok komme efter q3 regnskabet, men det vil blive opfattet positivt. Sidste år kom der en sen opjustering pga. noget lignende.
