Dara har mega potentiale i solide tumore. Vi har gennem det seneste par år set stigende bevis på at der kan være noget bag dette håb. JNJ kalder stoffet et ægte immun-oncology stof på linie med pd-1, ctla-4 m.fl. Det er store ord de ikke slynger ud, hvis ikke der er noget om snakken.

@flottenschmecker. Hvis Genmab havde milepælsbetalingen på USD 25m med i guidance, så var Pomalyst godkendelsen da høj grad forventet! Genmab er normalt ikke aggressiv i sin guidance

Thanks EL. I can see that the nivolumab BMS study is testing many indications. I was not aware of this study, but I guess that is sort of what I was looking for. Thanks for the link.

Winkel har altid udtalt sig mere agressivt omkring AXL end tisotumab. Så det virker da også som han har større forhåbninger til AXL. Det var også AXL han i sin tid udtalte, at det gav ham gåsehud, når han så hvor potent det var

@Solsen, Dara+Tecentriq er selvfølgelig også et studie med stort markedspotentiale hvis det virker. Nu hvor vi får listet dem op, så kan jeg godt se at Genmab har mange muligheder for at kunne tilbyde noget til solide tumorer.

HuMax-AXL-ADC is an ADC targeted to AXL, a signaling molecule expressed on many solid cancers and implicated in tumor biology. HuMax-AXL-ADC is in Phase I/II clinical development for six different solid tumors. HuMax-AXL-ADC is fully owned by Genmab and the ADC technology used with HuMax-AXL- ADC was licensed from Seattle Genetics.

GB. Pom godkendelsen gav ikke anledning til ændring af guidance. Om den var indregnet er en helt anden ting. De fleste ceo'er er ikke begejstrede for at ændre guidance mm de er 100pct sikre på ikke at skulle omgøre det

Interesting that the ADC is licensed from SGEN. So if it comes to market, Genmab will have to pay royalties to SGEN, I guess.

Iam very keen on the AXL data as I belive we can se some good data here. My gut feeling says that.
