The surprising and unexpected finding is that bispecific agents specifically binding EGFr and c-Met, provide a significantly improved synergistic effect (~14 to over 800-fold) compared to a mixture of EGFr binding and C-Met binding monospecific agents. With EM1, Janssen has shown this effect to be 55-fold!
