I morgen er der SH-tal. Bliver spændende om us har genvundet de gode takter. Ud fra SH-tallene for jan og feb kunne det tyde på, at det forholdsvist svage Q1 (JnJ) især skyldtes disse to måneder. Marts var pænt med igen.

Endpoint News afholder et BCMA diskussionsforum på ASCO med deltagere fra alle de involverede, så spændende hvad der kommer ud af det - mon der anes en vinder eller er target ikke så hot som forventet

Lidt underligt at se Børsen liste gnsn (eller hvad det nu er de lister?) for f.eks. Genmab. De skriver 2.406,81 ? Konsensus blandt alle fra 2021 er ca 2.580 - så de mangler vist at opdatere deres database.

My first guess would be yes to the negative view - but lets see

the way i see it, they either got results that are sooo good that the go straight to a Ph3, or the results disappointed and they stop the efforts on Ovarian cancer( which seems more likely doesn't it...) or maybe they simply think that those 98 can give them all the info they need to make the next step (doubt that..)

Or it could be adverse effects - was it in ovarian cancer they were more affraid of bleeding?

Both CHRYSALIS/Amivantamab and the GEN1042 trials had their Estimated Primary Completion Date extended https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/history/NCT02609776?A=54&B=55&C=merged#StudyPageTop .https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/history/NCT04083599?A=3&B=4&C=merged#StudyPageTop which is a similar situation where i wonder if that is a good or a bad thing

In this case primary completion and completion is not changed, so they are probably not stopping the trial.
