Company AnnouncementCOPENHAGEN, Denmark; May17, 2021 – Genmab A/S (Nasdaq: GMAB). On February 23, 2021 Genmab announced the initiation of a share buy-back program to mitigate dilution from warrant exercises and to honor our commitments under our Restricted Stock Units program.
The share buy-back program is expected to be completed no later than June 30, 2021 and comprises up to 200,000 shares....

He said to Michael Schmidt, Guggenheim, at 2021 Q1 cc: "The expansion cohorts will be over 100 patients for each of the expansion cohorts."... "So hopefully, updates also during this year on how that progresses. And we think that, each of these could potentially be used for potential accelerated filing, if the data would allow that. And we certainly, will have interactions with the regulatory authorities on that."
