at this rate it doesn't look like Sanofi will soon break even on their sarclisa investments...

not much on Mosunetuzumab cd3x20; But we haven't -- I don't think we've maxed out yet on the efficacy of mosun and we haven't hit -- we are continuing to work with the dosing profile of the 2:1 and continuing to get gains on tolerability. So it's hard to call and say, oh, mosun is going to be the front line and 2:1 is going to be refractory because those are -- that's a plausible hypothesis. But I think it would be prejudging. We'll follow the science, and we expect to maintain our lead, though.

Roche don‘t expect Glofitamab to get to front line then? In yes, big advantage for Epcoritamab...

Epcoritamab is much better than Mosunetuzumab, really promissing now. They must have safety issues with Glofitamab then?

I am not sure you can conclude that, they didn't mention anything in the call on glofi
                        though

Okay, but why wouldn‘t they mention their most promissing and potent cd3/cd20? Strange...

actually, re-reading that comment, I know realise they may be talking about Glofitamab when they say 2:1; so I
                              looked it up:

Glofitamab is an investigational CD20xCD3 T-cell engaging bispecific antibody designed to target CD20 on the surface of B-cells and CD3 on the surface of T-cells. This dual targeting activates and redirects a patient’s existing T-cells to engage and eliminate target B-cells by releasing cytotoxic proteins into the B-cells. Glofi is based on a novel structural format which we call ‘2:1’, which refers to the structure of the antibody.

It is engineered to have two ‘Fab’ regions which bind to CD20, and one ‘Fab’ region which binds to CD3.
