i am at the low end (as usual lol), i had 4,070-4,145 . with the receptals we have seen and a similar ratio US: ROW i don't see how we can get much higher

My guess for Q4 will be $610M for US and $625M for ROW. In total it should be very close to the upper band of the guidance of $4.2 billion
