Kursen er en flad fornemmelse, der kan blive forstærket grundet den sektorrotation, der efter min bedste overbevisning er baggrunden. Genmab har leveret, men GEN1046 er stadig ikke helt soleklart det JW satte os op til tro. Det kan dog stadig komme.

my 2 cents on 1046 safety is that i find it hard to believe 2 companies that decide together to start 9 expensive expansion cohorts in 9 different tumours must
have thought very hard about the safety profile before doing that...

risks are always there, but they know what to look for (mainly liver) , the dose is relatively low
and it seems like a fair shot to try

My concerns are not safety. Just that GEN1046 expectations were high but dataset was very small and to small to make the molecule shine.

This year have been buy on rumours - sell on facts. Jan pumped up the expectations in spring, mainly regarding the epco deal. And they delivered as promissed. But the marked took everything in advance. But there have been one big negative lately. The JNJ arbitragion has at least cost 10% on the stock price. So hindsight is +50% for me fantastic

Vil Corona i væsentlig grad forsinke kliniske forsøg? Bla. Lars Tvede spår velargumenteret et forventet væsentligt fald i dollarkursen de kommende år, vel også en faktor der bør overvejes og som kan koste på bundlinjen.
