Hopefully an assessment of the quality of efficacy. That's where I'm a little sceptic maybe. But we'll also soon see assessments from the medical world. Looking forward to that.

because before, i was worried about liver tox

Nordea think the liver side-effects may hinder going to high doses!

that would make sense. maybe that is something we can hear about on friday. But from the data we saw today, i found it hard to find a strong correlation between dose and efficacy

or dose and toxicity for that matter, we saw no data on that i think

It's based on the conclusion in the abstract

and you can be sure Genmab does know that data

The problem with 4-1BB was liver tox if I remember what Jan said at some point - so with these new attempts where you only get them attivated in the microenviroment of the solid tumours it should avoid liver tox"

i think he also asked Jan in a QA about dr5 / liver tox, but Jan didnt really answer

Jan can be quite good at not answering if he doesnt want
