Aktien er steget 56,4% i år og 6,59% den sidste måned. Er nu faldet 1,57% de sidste 7 dage. Hvorledes kan det udlægges som om tilliden er væk og aktien er på vej sydover?

Ser vi på 3-måneders grafen er der mange af fald efterfulgt af stigninger. Det er nu engang det mønster som har præget kursudviklingen i den årelange uptrend.

Tvivler i den sammenhæng på at fald skyldes at græsset for en kort tid er grønnere hos Vestas m.fl.

Enig i den lange uptrend. Jeg ser at markederne er meget følsomme for tiden, efter store stigninger, efter store fald (i marts). Trump twitter i går og markedet falder 2-3 % - i dag stiger markedet modsvarende. Status? Markedet er fundamentalt det samme og vinden blæser nogle gange den ene vej og næste dag en anden

Ser ikke tilliden til Genmab er svækket, men et kursspænd fra 2050-2450 i løbet af ca. 2 uger, medfører altså volatilitet og realiseringer af hurtige gevinster. Genmab genfinder styrke og jeg skal i hvert fald ikke rystes af træet nu og møder fremtiden med glæden og store forventninger til kommende data fra Genmab

Bemærk at Novo også har haft svage dage i den sidste uge. Er faldet mere end Genmab i samme periode. Zealand og Bavarian falder også både tirsdag og i dag.

The fair value of each restricted stock unit is equal to the closing market price on the date of grant of one Genmab A/S share, DKK 2,317.
The restricted stock units will vest on the first banking day of the month following a period of three years from the date of grant. Furthermore, the restricted stock units are subject to vesting conditions set out in the restricted stock unit program adopted by the board of directors in accordance with the Remuneration Policy adopted by the shareholders...

The exercise price for each warrant is DKK 2,317. Each warrant is awarded cost-free and entitles the owner to subscribe one share of nominally DKK 1 subject to payment of the exercise price. By application of the Black-Scholes formula, the fair value of each warrant can be calculated as DKK 748.02.

The warrants vest three years after the grant date, and all warrants expire at the seventh anniversary of the grant date. The new warrants have been granted on the terms and conditions set out in the warrant program adopted by the board of directors on March 28, 2017.
