EL and kkjoel - Do not think now it should be read as if Genmab is on its way out. It addresses the risks associated with investing in ADCT. The probability is probably primarily that the parties reach an agreement regarding license and the financial. If they do not agree, a divestment process can start. I wonder if it is most likely that they will agree on license terms. BTW If not - Genmab also has the option to take over.

@Stockbull, Ja det bliver så et dyrt opkøb, men det er ved at være sidste udkald for de store, de får ikke Genmab med 50%, hvis deres nye guldæg virker, så får de slet ikke Genmab, så vil de blive blandt de allerstørste inden for feltet, måske endda de største.

From previous link: If the Parties mutually agree on a Term Sheet by 31 August 2020, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith a license agreement in accordance with the Term Sheet for a period of sixty (60) calendar days starting on 1 September 2020, which sixty (60) calendar day period may be extended by prior mutual written agreement by the Parties (the “Negotiation Period”).
