Capital Increase in Genmab as a Result of Employee Warrant Exercise
Company Announcement

Copenhagen, Denmark; August 18, 2020 – Genmab A/S (Nasdaq: GMAB) will increase its share capital by 62,716 shares as a consequence of the exercise of employee warrants.

The increase is effected without any preemption rights for the existing shareholders of the company or others. The shares are subscribed in cash at the following price per share of nominally DKK 1:

Pensionisten - De helt gamle warrants (op til 10 år) er ved at være slut. Nu må warrants kun blive 7 år, hvorefter de udløber, hvis de ikke er brugt.

x med 12 og x herefter med 2(måske 2.3 ROW) så har du groft sagt resultatet for i år, hvilket springer samtlige estimater og vel betyder at der er vildt meget upside-risiko i aktien, som medfører at Nordea må opjustere med 7.75, mens vi andre åbner en flaske "sprudlewasser".

1/2 år 1.838 + 6 mrd. 218 og hvis ROW kan sælge det samme x med 2 og resultatet bliver cirka. 1.838+2.640= 4.478 og så er der ikke taget højde for den naturlige stigning der ligger latent i modellen.
