As I understod did they the right thing when they tested Amivantamab preclinical as immune cells where added - then the dose effect became clear. The article just emphazise the importance doing that when preclinical work are done ?

i think it is a bit more then that , "Collectively, these findings demonstrate that amivantamab Fc-interaction with macrophages and
monocytes induces trogocytosis which is a dominant mechanism underlying the anti-tumor

efficacy of amivantamab."
