I also think that the use of daratumumab as an extended-dosing regimen in the fashion of a maintenance therapy will probably become more and more popular. It’s not being developed as a maintenance drug, but I think it’s likely that daratumumab could take the role of a continued injection over time.

Pharma vendt så snuden ned igen.

Genmab har fået et par ord med på vejen i Jyllands Posten. Det nye partnerskab med Abbvie om midler mod blodkræft udløste en overraskende stor up front-betaling, der vurderes at afspejle, at aftalen er meget ambitiøs, samt at parterne har set meget lovende resultater fra de kliniske forsøg.

Yes the PD-L1/4-1BB could be on those - but I was thinking about the next targets

ah, ok. the current products are already too many for me to keep a handle on lol . I wonder how many projects Genmab can balance at the same time with all the new staff...
