I 2006 kørte et forsøg med CD28 fuldstændigt af sporet med patienter der røg på intensiv og vist nok flere døde. Man er heldigvis kommet videre siden.

Har tjekket historien. Ingen døde, men oplevede voldsomme bivirkninger som var livstruende.

Forsøget medførte at Torben Plesner og Genmab var ekstremt forsigtige med doseringen da man startede forsøg op med daratumumab.

** Credit Suisse downgrades Danish pharmaceutical company Genmab GMAB.CO to "neutral" from "outperform" after it had found a material error in the PharmaValues net present value (NPV) calculation for the company
** Due to the error, the value of cancer drug Darzalex and chronic lymphocytic leukemia antibody ofatumumab royalties to Genmab were overstated, the brokerage says
** CS says its revised Genmab PharmaValues Equity NPV is DKK 1,800/share, reduced from DKK2,300/share seen previously -
** However, the error did not impact the broker's revenue or earnings model assumptions
** CS cuts it target price to DKK 2,235 from DKK 2,300 using the average Biotech and Specialty Pharma EV/NPV premium of 30%
** Following significant stock performance in H1 2020, the broker sees more limited near-term upside
** It still sees ofatumumab sales by partner Novartis NOVN.S as underappreciated
** It expects more modest further catalysts in H2 2020 following the positive AbbVie's ABBV.N oncology pa -
