the 'good' thing for Dara in my opinion is that there really isn't much of an alternative and we can roll it out very fast now; every MD already knows Dara & it's risk profile

I think you are right Darwin, because as I understand Jan yesterday, there will be no competition in Amy, in contrary to MM where there are some competion especially in first line
