Konklusionen fra 10:33 (thanks EL) kan godt tåle at blive vist her: "our study demonstrates that daratumumab-based therapy is a very effective treatment option for previously treated AL amyloidosis. In addition to producing deep hematologic responses, significant improvements in cardiac and renal organ responses can be observed, potentially translating into reduced morbidity and mortality."
