interesting to see how authors ( Shaji K. Kumar ) do not even talk about the shorter infusion time for the subcutaneous formulation of daratumumab but about the decrease in toxicity "A subcutaneous formulation of daratumumab has been introduced to decrease the risk of infusion reactions...."

it is relevant for the subcutaneous formulation. We all want SC for the shorter infusion /treatment time ; they point at the importance of the decrease of infusion reactions with SC

Still why is it relevant in a Review? It is relevant to the patient, in marketing and otherwise in accessing toxicity. Thus time is not of essence in a Review like that. The original literature likely have commented on the matter. If I were ask to peer-review this review I would have had it removed by the authors if they started talking about convenience for patients
