is highly and selectively expressed on MM cells,
which makes it an attractive therapeutic target. The
GPRC5DxCD3 bispecific antibody, JNJ-7564,
effectively lysed MM cell lines and primary MM
cells in samples derived from both newly diagnosed
and heavily pretreated patients, including DARArefractory patients.

results here demonstrate that inhibiting DNMTs
leads to CD38 upregulation and increased
vulnerability to Daratumumab treatment. We
propose that combination treatment with

Azacytidine and Daratumumab can lead to higher
efficacy of daratumumab in daratumumab-naïve
MM, as well as reversal of daratumumab-resistance.
We are currently planning a clinical trial to test this
hypothesis.

In my notes I have 5 other drugs supporting c38 expression. ATRA, Sepantronium bromide (YM155), Panobinostat og SY-1425 (tamibarotene) and Inecalcitol. This must be no 6. I think ATRA has been given up more or less?
