Do I understand this correct, from Usmani video 3, that the Lenalidomide dosing in the experimental arm turned out to be 76% of the dosing of the standard care arm

Yes, they have reduced dose of len more frequently in the exp-arm than in soc-arm. They have also done this earlier with pom. At least in the first cycle or two. I suppose it is due to side effects.

Landgren's statement is interesting: "No IRRs. Minimal or no steroids/premeds." That could be the reason for dara's recurrence in solids.

good point. that could be the key if we think about the JNJ presentation, where they said that " they are developping a 'steroid sparing regimen' to be used with Dara and they indeed needed SC to do that"

A chairman of a patient organization once said that if only pts could avoid dex, that could save marriages. Dex is extremely unpopopular and considered the worst of the drugs. So sc dara with no or minimal dex will be requested by pts (and their relatives).
