Tilslutter mig også rosen til sukkeralf. Vi skal blot være obs på at ofa kan komme til at betyde en hel del på relaltiv kort bane i RRMS. Vi har et multi $bn marked i MS og royalty er 12% til Genmab. Altså kunne der meget snart (kort årrække)tilflyde Genmab over 1bn DKK årligt herfra.

Tak for sammenfatningen sukker. mht partneraftale (fra CC): "So we have a lot of potential for that program for partnering. We think we want to see data. We expect data for the CD3xCD20 before or at the ASH meeting this year." Så det bliver næppe før sidst på året, at vi ser noget på den front.

Speaking on Regeneron's quarterly earnings call, CSO George Yancopoulos disclosed two patient deaths in the company's Phase I study combining its in-house PD-1 antibody Libtayo (cemiplimab, formerly known as RG2810) with bispecific antibody RG1979.

ancopoulos told analysts that "we observed enhanced cytokine release syndrome, or CRS … including unfortunately two fatalities potentially related to the CRS." He added that "we plan to modify the dosing regimen with the goal of minimising toxicity while potentially capturing the potentially increased activity."
