Umiddelbart er det vel 4 uger efter komplet indlevering hvilket vist var lige omkring/før påske. Og selvfølgelig er det ca tider, men havde nok regnet med at den var kommet nu. Jeg tænker når man laver et nyt hurtigt system RTOR og guider 4 uger.... så holder man sig inden for 4 uger de første mange gange

Fremgik det klart at det var 4 uger fra indlevering af data til godkendelse - sådan husker jeg det ikke?

Novartis’s plans for its follow-on CAR-T projects have taken a twist. CD19 is a very difficult target…

difficult - its the most used CAR-T target ?

Which anti CD19 CAR-T are not toxic

Big Pharma are lemmings - PD1, PD-L1 etc are targets in many many many trials

I think they all are entering a blind alley and burning bn of dollers. No innovation in copying competitors.

I think the two main reasons for BP to follow the PD1 and PDL1 inhibitors is their success and that they are combined with almost everything. We now know that IO field is much more difficult than anticipated

Therefore its very important to choose the right target. I think Genmab is doing very well

Healthcare will colapse with CAR-T in common use.

Genmabs Immatics deal is great because the get exclusive targets - but the risk is also much higher. Genmab has different platforms to play around with.

Solsen yes with the CAR-T we have at the moment - but we are just in the beginning. In 10 years from now the y will probably be better, safer and cheaper

Jeg siger ikke at CAR-T vil være overalt, men at teknologien ikke skulle have udviklet sig strider vist mod alt.......

Jeg mener ligeledes Genmab står stærkt fordi de griber tingene an som de gør - lidt det samme jeg rigtig godt kan lide ved eks Zymeworks.

Zymeworks har formentlig en af de bedste og mest flexible bispecifikke platforme - og ligeledes eksempelvis ADC teknologi. De fremhæver nærmest ved hver eneste præsentation at "format matters", altså at man er nød til at udforske targets med mange forskellige teknologier for, at finde frem til hvad der fungerer optimalt i hvert tilfælde.
