• Alcyone: After receiving 9 cycles of D-VMP, then just on Dara alone for maintenance; infection risk in the first 9 cycles; after that not many side effects; great strategy in this group of elderly patients

• MAIA: for the elderly it is practice changing, SC future hightly convenient. Will be on-label very soon. “February 1st it will be standard therapy for me…”

In think it is recorded before ash. But nevertheless they were all excited about dara. Fonseca: Maia curves much better than SWOG. I think he is exaggerating. Better but not much better.
