Unlikely that daratumumab SC formulation will be submitted under RTOR as that program is only for sBLAs and the SC version will need to be a full BLA as it is a new formulation.

Of even more importance - I think - is whether Columba can form the basis of an approval i all treatment lines or we'll have to wait for the combo data. That Columba data came this quickly is as good as a RTOR.

GENMAB/BOFA-ML: HÆVER ANBEFALING TIL NEUTRAL
Bank of America-Merrill Lynch har løftet sin anbefaling af Genmab til neutral fra underperform, rapporterer Bloomberg News.
Opjusteringen kommer oven på en god uge for Genmab-aktien, der sidste torsdag præsenterede overraskende stærke forventninger til 2019 og i denne uge har offentliggjort positive resultater fra et fase 3-studie med en mere patientvenlig version af kræftmidlet Darzalex.

Den nye version kan tages via sprøjte med en behandlingstid på bare omkring tre minutter, mens den nuværende version af Darzalex tages intravenøst over tre en halv time.
Aktien ligger torsdag yderligere 1,5 pct. højere i 1143 kr. og er over den seneste seks børsdage steget sammenlagt 13,4 pct.

@Bulder yes, that is the big question. My guess is that we will have to wait for that data, but just as the data for Columba came so quick, I am now hoping for the additional data to also come quicker as expected.

basis for an overall approval of SC in all lines and settings?

thanks El, primary completion date for MMY2040 is even set to a month sooner than Columba.. Maybe that data will come sooner than expected as well
