nice article on JNJ-372 @peter12 , so they are near 100 patients already. Looks like it is going to be more difficult to administer as dara though…

I think the sc version of CD3 X CD20 have a chance to be easier administrated and tolerated than JNJ-372

?? 372 is against lungcancer. cd3xcd20 is against B-cell malignancies. Why compare?

If its a generel problem with duobodies then I just mentioned it to calm down investor who would think it was the same issue with Genmabs own duobody in CD20XCD3.

but when JNJ-372 is rolled out (when, not if ) the Dara infusion shares will be empty&available

I belive JNJ have bought more options from HALO. If JNJ-372 is poven effective then they could use one of them in later trials.

As Jan has said before the problem with these new candidates is not if they work but if they are safe to patients

I dont think jnj-372 sounds too bad when you think about the effect ? He already describe some effect of the treatment (less coughing)
