Jeg må sige, at jeg er spændt på TV. Det er jo en forsvindende lille del af selskabet det udgør, men er stor tilhænger af at man begynder at få opbygget sin egen kommercielle organisation. TV kan være et rigtigt godt grundlag at gøre det på, da det kræver en lille højt specialiseret org, hvilket man jo nemt kan købe sig til ...

BCMAxCD3 is also getting sexier and perhaps the biggest treat to dara way out in the future. We will
see more result on this at ASH.

Interesting when we will see the first mab combo...janssen will perhaps try BMCAxCD3 + dara...price is properly the biggest problem.

unfortunately nobody seems to know JNJ/Genmab are also working a BCMAxCD3, everyone seems to focus on GSK...

I believe that the BCMA ADCs haven't show as good results yet compare to bispecific...but this will get a lot of focus at ASH.

AMGNs drug was iv continuously for 7-9 days or so. Very unstable antibody. The results and especially the duration are to be very very good if they are going to have a chance.

I min kalender har jeg noteret at "ordinære" (non-lba) abstracts vil blive offentliggjort i morgen kl. 15 (14). Jeg kan ikke genfinde stedet, hvor jeg så det. Kan nogen bekræfte. Kan være at der allerede her er noget bb2121(7) og amg420 at se.

Don't you think that the 7-9 days dosing is related to initial extreme caution, since it is a phase1 dose escalation study? But anyway the studies are very small, so as with CAR-T the true effect on a broader MM population is to be seen.

The bispecifics are not necessarily threats to dara. They can be combined. Just like dara isn't a threat to Rev. They go fine together.
