Hvis vi antager 20.000 WW til 1,5mill.kr, så bliver det 30mia kr. eller 4.5bn$, hvoraf 60% vel er maintenance, som så skal have behandling videre med Dara, så når vi vel op på cirka 6bn$, altså 6-dobbelt BB og royalties på ca. 1bn$, noget jeg regner forkert?

Stockbull...Orphan designation sikrer en hurtig adgang til markedet. AL Amyloidosis er en sygdom som man ikke rigtigt har noget at skyde med i forvejen.

The incidence of AL amyloidosis is estimated to be three to five patients per million per year. This statistic would make it approximately one-fifth as common as multiple myeloma. In the United Kingdom, the incidence is ~1 per 100,0003. The Medicare claims database suggests that the mean age of AL amyloidosis at diagnosis is 63 with an incidence of 10–14 patients per million per year with a prevalence higher in males.
