Er der nogen der har en ide om, hvad de forskellige analytikere vurdere Genmabs pipeline til at være værd? Jeg mener, har man med et gennemsnit target på ca 1400 kun medregnet potentialet i de markedsførte produkter, eller medregner man et lille potentiale i pipeline?

Man laver sædvanligvis en SOTP analyse, hvor hvert element vurderes med en tilhørende sandsynlighed for at det lykkes og et medfølgende topsalg.

My understanding is that most analysts have very little value attributed to the pipeline (if any at all) and some stated they will need to upgrade in the case of clinical success

Hardly. I don't think there are any studies og dara in melanoma ongoing. So not in this particular indication. But epacadostat is being tested with nivolumab in different solid cancers. Yes Sukkeralf and Bulder. They know Dara as a approved and very tolerated drug , but also very comparebel with other drugs.
