We discussed a similar issue 5. of March. The problem is that dara is killing NK-cells as they express cd38. Not good, as NK-cells were supposed til kill cancer. To overcome this problem it has been suggested to transplant fresh NK-cells from healthy donors. Now they suggest - as I understand it - to take NK-cells from
(other) dara-treated patients, as they mainly contain cd38-low NK-cells (the cd38-high NK-cells are depleted), and infuse them in patients. -

Apropos morgenens udveksling om ADCT, så var der jo faktisk indirekte indbygget en god nyhed om ADCT-301, da de udtaler, at "He also points to the progress being made with ADCT’s two lead candidates that are still firmly on course to start later-stage testing before the end of the year. "

Kan vi være sikker på at ADCT-301 er et af disse lead candidates? De kan vel have andre?
