sure, it's an important study. They now use MRDneg measuring in stead of PFS as primary outcome, which make the study-time much shorter. And secondly they make a "light" version out of the transplant setting. To see if dara alone as pre-treatment is enough, and if dara+len as maintemance is enough.

ok that clarifies. Was GRIFFIN with or without transplant?

Griffin is the large two arm asct-study that compares SOC with and without dara. I would guess that they (Janssen) will apply for approval even though it's only a phase 2 study.

yes, ok, that is why i thought of the comparison with this study, which is only with Lenalidomide; is that why you called it "light" version ?

yes and notably without dex - it seems. Many patients will be happy to avoid dexamethasone.

Budkursen er der hele tiden, det er jo den man regner med. Udbudskursen i x4 SE har ikke været der i flere uger. Jeg tror de er ved at afvikle den. Og i dag er der heller ikke udbudskurs på x4 SE 2.
