As for Darzalex, Duato stated that J&J has a "very ambitious development program" for the drug. He said that Darzalex already claims a market share of around 20% as a second-line treatment for multiple myeloma. The "next wave of growth" for the drug will be in the first-line setting, according to Duato. He said J&J considers the drug as a backbone therapy in multiple myeloma.

StockBull: Der indgår stadig 1800 mg dara. Men blandingsvæsken med hyaluronidase er mere koncentreret nu (15 ml) end før, hvor blandingen skulle mixes manuelt og kom helt op på 90 ml i blandt. Så stor mængde blandingsvæske skulle indgives med en sprøjtepumpe og tog længere tid.

På AACR har BMS et Abstract #2603 (….colorectal cancer treated with Nivolumab + Ipilimumab in checkmate -142, 16. april). De øvrige drugs (DARA og Cobimetinib) står dog ikke nævnt i overskriften!
Endvidere har de Abstract #1727 (antitumor actitity associated with dual targeting of CD38 and PD-1 pathways in preclinical models, 16. april).
