Price in 2017 was raised twice and in all 5,1% For a comparison Revlimid and Pomalyst was raised in 2017 19,8% resp 17,7%

As for Darzalex, Duato stated that J&J has a "very ambitious development program" for the drug. He said that Darzalex already claims a market share of around 20% as a second-line treatment for multiple myeloma. The "next wave of growth" for the drug will be in the first-line setting, according to Duato. He said J&J considers the drug as a backbone therapy in multiple myeloma.

StockBull: Der indgår stadig 1800 mg dara. Men blandingsvæsken med hyaluronidase er mere koncentreret nu (15 ml) end før, hvor blandingen skulle mixes manuelt og kom helt op på 90 ml i blandt. Så stor mængde blandingsvæske skulle indgives med en sprøjtepumpe og tog længere tid.

i would think you can safely assume that 1 dose of Dara SC will cost (at least) the same as 1 dose of Dara IV, irrespective of how much ml is in that dose

Yes because the amount of dara is the same.

For lige at præcisere: Mængden af dara er den samme (1800 mg) uanset om man blander manuelt med hyaluronidase på klinikken og får op til 90 ml, eller om man modtager det pre-mixed fra fabrikken i 15 ml færdige doser.
