The Irish MD, with whom I saw a video the other day, spoke about "financial toxicity", meaning that they wouldn't dream of paying for a Rev-containing combo with dara. And therefore they run their own local Irish study of dara+CyBorD.

Også her tales der om at Revlimid efterhånden opfattes som en konkurrent. Det er efterhånden et lidt andet billede end der har været tegnet for 1-2 år siden hvor mere så Revlimid som en ‘ven’. Tager jeg fejl?

If guidance is set under 2B it would mean a growth of 60% approximately. That would be half of the growth from 16 -17 (117%). Is that even realistic with the market uptake, label expansion, and the expected approvals later this year? Or am I missing something major?
