God morgen, itf kombi med PD1/PD-L1 tror jeg først, at vi ser statistiske resultater, der viser en evt forskel - altså ikke historier om enkelte pts forløb. Det må være dybde af respons, OR og ikke mindst længde af respons, der ser ud til at blive forbedret, når Dara for alvor kommer i spil ved opregulering af CD38 - hvor PD1 inhibitors ellers normalt ser ud til at miste virkningen.
