In the Netherlands, the National Health Care Institute determines and advises on which types of health care are included in the basic care package and which are not. There was an advisory committee meeting oktober 27 on daratumumab. Going Dutch is acceptable (but IMO not gallant) going on a date, but going dutch on health care with the suppliers seems odd. When they then ask the business to have a greater heart than the State and provide it for compassionate use, I would consider stop paying my taxes.
