"It is up to J&J" last sentence link 2. How do you analyze that sentence? Does it mean its up to J&J to buy Genmab or work together like socialism:-)

I first interpreted it as, if JNJ wants to buy, there is nobody that can stop them..., but you are right, it could be a call for socialism lol
