After 3 years of median follow-up, single-agent DARA continues to demonstrate a favorable safety profile with no new safety signals. Deep and durable responses continue to be maintained in a subset of these heavily pretreated patients. An accelerated infusion rate of daratumumab delivering 20% of the dose over 30 minutes and 80% over 60 minutes is feasible and well-tolerated in patients who have received 2 prior doses of daratumumab at standard infusion rates. Starting with the third dose of daratumumab therapy, the 90-minute infusion is now standard practice at our institution. https://ash.confex.com/ash/2017/webprogram/Paper102870.html

Mens vi venter på Alcyone skal vi ikke glemme, at der faktisk er andre frontline-data på ASH. 2 abstracts om dara-CyBorD, hvoraf det ene (det lille rent irske) melder om lovende effektivitets-data. Biotek styres af FA nyheder som ofte driver kursen meget mere op og ned end vi normalt ser i "normale" virksomheder. Men derfor er det da meget underholdende at se lidt på kort TA, som ofte holder i nyhedsfattige perioder. Nu skal vi nok gave testet niveau 1220-1240 som efterfølges af et "psykologisk" ikke TA baseret 1200 og derefter mere vigtigt 1180. Husk at TA nok har regler men der er vide fortolkninger og jeg er sikker på, at andre ser andre niveauer der er vigtige end jeg gør.
