Nordea Equity Research: At the meeting with management, we also discussed the ASH presentation and the company remains optimistic that ALCYONE frontline ph III data will be presented. We will know more about this when the ASH late-breaker presentations are disclosed on 21 November.

JnJ expects to file for frontline approval with Dara-VMP in Q4 2017 and we expect a speedy FDA review. We also discussed smouldering myeloma at the meeting and Genmab does not really see a big cannibalisation risk for frontline sales. First of all, the amount of smouldering patients is still quite small.

Secondly, the ph III trial in smouldering myeloma will be run with the high dose intense scheduling regimen of Darzalex (1800 milligram subcu) – hence the ‘value per patient’ will not be diluted. Lastly, if patients with smouldering myeloma are treated with Darzalex, they will likely be on treatment for a very long time. We anticipate an intriguing news flow from ASH and potentially game-changing news flow on solid cancers in 2018, and also from Darzalex now moving beyond cancer with JnJ filing

Har smidt vadernes og afventer salgsmuligheder oppe nær ATH. Når i gerne vil sælge med 100% efter den har smidt 25%, så svarer det kun til et salg på 50% merpris........det er ikke meget og der kan man se fordelen ved at køre aktier "lovligt" ned med 20-30% og så komme med et bud. Jeg håber virkelig at nogen tager skeen i den anden hånd og begynder at købe ind igen.
