Halozymes today announced that Janssen has initiated the first of three planned Phase 3 clinical trials evaluatin a subcutaneous (SC) delivery of Darzalex with Halozymes proprietary ENHANZE technology.
The initial Phase 3 study is in amyloidosis with additional Phase 3 studies in multiple myeloma and smoldering myeloma patients planned for near-term initiation. -
Med nuværende problemer, som er vanskelige at se en løsning på vil CAR-T aldrig have en chance i firstline, når alternativet er en sikker behandling. Tænk på hvor enkelt en sc-dara og rev pille vil være first line. I denne behandling og måske også med Velcade vil en pæn del af patienterne også blive helbredt.
