We have been made aware that the abstract data for Tisotumab Vedotin may not be the most updated cut-off. This, despite the abstract describing that responses have increased from 6 to 7 from the abstract submission to the release of the data in the abstract. We have discussed it with Genmab and the company notes that the most updated data is from the company release on 16 June, where a 32%

ORR was reported, but not defined as an ORR as the study had not been finalised. This compares to the 37% mentioned in the ESMO abstract released today. We were aware that the ESMO abstract submission deadline was 10 May 2017, ie before Genmab’s headline release, but it remains somewhat confusing that the abstract describes response rates at time of release of abstract versus at time of abstract submission.
